Feliks Kaparchuk is an incredible educator and an even more incredible artist. I learned so much about painting sunset skies and waters from doing this piece with him. He taught me to feel free to add color to the ever-evolving blue sky. Painting the boats in the background was as interesting as painting the boats in the foreground. Along the Florida coast you will take in this scene as the sunsets here are unrivaled. Mellow evenings cap off adventuresome days with warm, fun, reds, and yellows. It’s a sailor’s delight!
